Making a copy of electronic reserves material for other than personal use for the purpose of study in the course for which it is reserved may be subject to the copyright law and carry with it statutory penalities.
Faculty are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted materials as reserves.
The library can decline to put items on reserves if copyright has not been complied with.
